 We are looking for Contracts Analyst with expected joining date 2^nd January 2025 for one of our client in oil and gas industries.

Key Details:

• Position: Contracts Analyst
• Location: Bunduq Company Main Office
• Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree with strong background in Law and contract or Engineering                                              
• Experience in oil and gas
• 8-10 years of experience and contract management.
• Required skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem solving, decision making.
• Attention to detail, fluent English in writing and speaking Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Role: 

• To be responsible to provide contractual advice for Originating Function and support to prepare contractual correspondence with contractors and bidders.
• Review and maintain standard contract forms, standard bid document form and update if necessary.
• Understand and ensure compliance with contract terms, identify and mitigate legal risks for the Company.

Salary Details : (single or family status)

in addition to visa for employee , medical insurance,30 days paid leave.
