We are hiring an experienced Innovation Section Head to lead innovation, R&D, and technology initiatives within the energy sector. The role focuses on driving innovation frameworks, research collaboration, and emerging technology strategies across cleantech, renewables, sustainability, and energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovation management frameworks and strategies

  • Monitor trends in cleantech, renewables, and sustainability

  • Analyze research and innovation outputs from global institutes and the private sectors

  • Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders

  • Build partnerships with research centers, universities, and industry experts

  • Support pilot projects and innovation-driven initiatives

  • Promote a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field

  • 6–8 years of experience in innovation management or R&D

  • Strong understanding of energy sector trends and emerging technologies

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
